historical building essence, lovely shared balcony, great location
Room sizes indeed disappointingly small!!! Plumbing issues left the bathroom with unpleasant odors. The lack of an elevator is inconvenient for guests struggling with heavy luggage!!! Minor maintenance neglect is evident throughout the premises.

The hotel's location is excellent, perfectly situated to explore the vibrant culture and heart of Tbilisi, making it easy to immerse yourself in local attractions.
Unfortunately, the small double room provided during my stay was located right above the noisy outside air-conditioning unit, which disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

I enjoyed relaxing on the shared balcony, appreciating the view while enjoying a local pastry. The charming, historic building truly captured the essence of Tbilisi, though the ground floor room was a bit too noisy for my taste.

Perfect spot for a solo traveler
The hotel was tucked away in a quiet corner which made for peaceful nights and easy access to explore everything around, I loved that. I was able to sit out on the shared balcony with a local pastry, just taking in the views when I had a break from my adventures.
It wasn't inexpensive but worth it for the comfort and convenience.

The location is superb, offering easy access to the city's main attractions and a charming ambiance close to a park. Enjoyed the cozy common veranda for relaxing moments and the delicious breakfast featuring local bangers. However, the absence of an elevator made navigating the stairs challenging, and some rooms felt cramped and slightly worn. The lack of soundproofing could be an issue for light sleepers.
